Questions about our vegan minced meat?
Add a little less water (approx. 15 ml) than stated. The mixture will then become firmer and more crumbly. Fry the mixture over low to medium heat until the desired degree of browning in a coated pan (without oil), breaking it up. Finally, fry it again so that it becomes nice and crispy. It could also be that the mixture was not cold enough. You can also put it in the fridge for longer, e.g. 1 hour or, to speed up the process, in the freezer.
This is possible, but make sure that the minced meat must first be fried separately in the pan and only added to the sauce shortly before serving.
It is important to use water that is as cold as possible, as the methyl cellulose it contains only dissolves at very low temperatures. It ensures that our products maintain their meat-like consistency and the necessary firmness.
