We are also increasingly represented in top restaurants. We are constantly working to ensure that our products are offered in more and more supermarkets and restaurants.

We understand that it is important, especially for people with allergies and intolerances, to know exactly which ingredients are included. However, to protect our recipes, we cannot disclose all of the spices in our products.

If you suffer from an allergy or intolerance, please send a request to our customer service at service@greenforce.com . Let us know which products you are interested in and what allergy or intolerance you have. This way we can tell you quickly and reliably whether you can enjoy the respective product without any concerns.

In our online shop we offer our products at the best price. In retail, the packaging sizes vary. These size differences were introduced at the request of retailers. In addition, we only give retailers a non-binding price recommendation. The final selling price is set by the respective markets, so there may be price differences over which we have no influence.

Please dispose of each packaging component in the recycling container provided for it, such as the glass of our Ready Meals in the glass container. The packaging of our fresh products and Easy To Mix products can be disposed of in the yellow bag or yellow bin.

Bei einigen unserer Produkte sind wir aktuell auf Zusatzstoffe angewiesen. Das kann verschiedene Gründe haben, wie z. B. eine optimale Konsistenz, besseren Geschmack oder eine längere Haltbarkeit. Alle verwendeten Zusatzstoffe sind in der EU zugelassen und werden sowohl auf der Produktverpackung als auch in unserem Webshop transparent mit der jeweiligen Zusatzstoffklasse angegeben. Bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte achten wir jedoch stets darauf, den Einsatz von Zusatzstoffen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren.

GREENFORCE wurde vor fünf Jahren als digitale Marke mit den Easy To Mix Produkten gegründet. Inzwischen sind unsere Frischeprodukte flächendeckend im Handel und der Gastronomie verfügbar – also dort, wo pflanzliche Ernährung heute stattfindet. Ein gekühlter Online-Versand ist für uns weder wirtschaftlich sinnvoll noch nachhaltig – und entspricht nicht mehr unserem Anspruch „good for the planet“. Deshalb haben wir den den Shop zum 31. Juli 2025 geschlossen.

Bestellungen waren bis einschließlich 31. Juli 2025 möglich. Da ihr unser Lager komplett leer gekauft habt und wir zudem das System nicht weiter laufen lassen konnten, sind leider keine weiteren Bestellungen mehr möglich.

Wir hatten deutlich erhöhte Bestellvolumen zum Aktionsende. Unser Versandteam gibt wie immer alles – trotzdem kann es vereinzelt zu Verzögerungen kommen. Wir halten dich per Mail auf dem Laufenden, sobald dein Paket rausgeht.

Ja, Retouren sind auch nach dem 31.7. im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist möglich. Schreib uns dafür einfach an support@GREENFORCE.com.

Falls dein Wunschartikel nicht mehr lieferbar ist, bekommst du natürlich dein Geld zurück – schnell und unkompliziert.  

Unsere Frischeprodukte findest du weiterhin in vielen Supermärkten (z. B. Rewe, Edeka, Alnatura, Globus, Kaufland …) sowie in ausgewählten Restaurants, Kantinen & Cafés. Folgende “Easy To Mix”-Produkte gibt es ebenfalls im Handel – je nach Markt und Region verfügbar: Hack, Frikadelle, Burger, Bacon Bits, Ei In den kommenden Wochen werden auch weitere Sorten unserer GREENFORCE Käse Produkte erhältlich sein.  

Unsere Ready Meals werden wir vorerst einstellen. Wir arbeiten aber bereits an neuen Ideen – stay tuned!

Da der Shop seit dem 31.07.2025 geschlossen ist, ist eine Einlösung des Gutscheins leider nicht mehr möglich.

The majority of our products are gluten-free and are marked "gluten-free" in the product properties. To make your selection easier, you can use the filter function in our online shop and filter specifically for "gluten-free". This will give you an overview of all gluten-free products. Please also note the detailed description of the individual products.

Yes, that's exactly what makes our powder products so versatile! You can refine the mixes with your favorite spices or ingredients to give them your personal touch.

A big advantage of our powder products compared to fresh products is their long shelf life. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of at least two months for orders placed via our website - in most cases even significantly longer.

Excluded from this are heavily discounted items whose shelf life may be shorter. However, this will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Ready-made Easy To Mix products can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for a longer shelf life of up to 6 months. Thanks to the powder form, you can mix exactly the amount you need - this way you avoid unnecessary food waste.

Yes, some of our Easy To Mix products are perfect for grilling. With a few simple tricks you can further optimize the taste of your grilled vegan substitute products. You can find the best preparation tips here .

Yes, that is possible! You can either freeze the Easy To Mix products already cooked and prepared or put them in the freezer raw but already shaped.

Yes, the packaging of our Easy To Mix products is water-repellent. If the outside of the packaging gets slightly wet, the powdered products inside should still be usable - provided the packaging is undamaged and not completely soaked.

Yes, you can easily freeze our chilled fresh products from the supermarket. This extends their shelf life to up to 6 months. However, after thawing, the products should be consumed quickly to ensure the best quality.

Yes, our refrigerated products are perfect for grilling! For example, you can put our vegan meatballs or vegan mini frikas on a shashlik skewer and marinate them with a fiery barbecue sauce. Then simply place them on the grill and let them get nice and crispy. Yummy!

For logistical reasons and to promote sustainability, we currently do not offer shipping of refrigerated products in our online shop. Instead, they are only available in stores. You can find more information here .
