Okay, ich hatte noch das Original mit 30 Minuten Kühlzeit, kann also nur das bewerten. Es kriegt die volle Punktzahl! Ultra lecker, bereits abgeschmeckt und, dass erstaunte mich am meisten: ganz wenig Öl zum Anbraten nehmen, dann wirds in etwa 10 Minuten mit immer wieder mal durchrühren und zerkleinern herrlich knusprig. Top mit etwas Zaziki, buntem Salat und selbstgemachtem Bauernbrot ein toller Genuss 😋

Preparing the vegan hack is so easy:
