Add a little less water (approx. 15 ml) than stated. The mixture will then become firmer and more crumbly. Fry the mixture over low to medium heat until the desired degree of browning in a coated pan (without oil), breaking it up. Finally, fry it again so that it becomes nice and crispy.
This is possible, but make sure that the mince must first be fried separately in the pan and only added to the sauce shortly before serving.
Due to increasing raw material costs and laboratory costs, we had to adjust the grammage from 150g to 125g.
