    Bratwurst and potato skewer

Cook the potatoes until tender and cut them into pieces about 2 cm wide. Cut the GREENFORCE sausages into approximately 2 cm wide pieces. Skewers alternate between sausage and potato until the end of the skewer.

Brush the skewer with oil and grill it until crispy.

    Meatball and pepper skewer

Cut the peppers into pieces about 2 cm wide.

Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Now alternately skewer GREENFORCE meatballs, bell peppers, a leaf of parsley, and zucchini. Brush the skewer with oil and grill it.

Zucchini, cooked ham, and cheese skewer

Cut the GREENFORCE cooked ham into strips and brush it with olive oil. Cut the Toastino into even strips.

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into wafer-thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Put olive oil, chopped parsley, and barbecue spices in a bowl and marinate the zucchini strips. Place a piece of Toastino and a piece of cooked ham on each zucchini strip and roll everything up. Thread the roll onto a skewer. Repeat the process until the skewer is full. Grill the skewer with a little oil in an aluminum tray or on baking foil until everything is nicely browned.

    Spicy crazy date skewer

In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cut the GREENFORCE cooked ham into strips and place it in the seasoned oil. Wrap the pitted dates in the marinated cooked ham and skewer them. It's best to grill the skewer with a little oil in an aluminum tray or on baking foil until everything is nicely caramelized.
