Preparation of the vegan Köttbullar:

1. Thoroughly mix 125 g of the Köttbullar ready-mix with 235 ml of very cold water and 1.5 tbsp (approx. 15 g) of vegetable cooking oil, then let it rest for about 3 minutes.

2. Form balls of the desired size from the mixture.

3. Heat a little cooking oil in a coated pan and fry the vegan Köttbullar over a low to medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side.
