What shouldn't be missing from an Easter brunch? A delicious egg dish! But without chicken. Our sweet tarte flambée muffins, which are served with hearty scrambled eggs, are real eye-catchers. Egg - that's delicious!

40g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
1 pack of tarte flambée dough
½ tbsp margarine
2 stalks of spring onion
Salt pepper
½ tsp paprika powder
Also: muffin cups, oil for greasing, container for cutting out circles
Ready to enjoy in 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Cut out circles about 10cm (diameter) from the tarte flambée dough.
Form small “bunny ears” from the leftover dough and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Grease muffin cups and place circles in them. Then bake for about 10 minutes.
As soon as the muffins are ready, the “ears” can be put in the oven for about 6 minutes.
In the meantime, heat the margarine in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Mix the Easy To Mix Vegan Egg according to the instructions into a smooth dough, make it into a scrambled egg and then season.
Wash the spring onion, shake dry and cut into fine rings.
Divide the scrambled eggs into the muffin cups and serve with two “rabbit ears” and spring onions and enjoy!
