Easy To Mix Vegan Egg

Before you start, preheat your pan to medium heat.

Mix it, baby!

Stir the dough with a whisk so that it becomes nice and smooth. Then pour the dough directly into the pan.

Keep Calm!
Wait until the dough has set slowly and can be easily removed with a spatula before turning. This can sometimes take longer than a minute.

Take what you need

For one serving we recommend 25g powder to 125ml water.

Be creative!
Be creative and try different things. If the egg doesn't have the right bite the first time, don't despair. It'll definitely work next time.

Tips for mixing

Your own note:
Whether thyme, tomatoes or your favorite ingredient: there are no limits to your imagination.

Less is more:

Add less water & get more bite.

Ice, Ice, Baby:

When mixing, add ice cubes to your very cold water to cool it down even faster.

Double power:

Tips for cooling

Waiting isn't your strength?
Spread the mixture around the edge of the bowl so that it cools down even faster.

Culinary delight :
For even more bite: Leave your plant meat in the fridge (< 5°C) for at least an hour.

Freeze it:
Use a pre-chilled bowl or place it directly in the freezer with the mix to speed up the process.

Tips for roasting

Helping Hands:
Moistened hands make it easier for you to shape the mass.

Team not sticky:
Use a non-stick pan to prevent the mixture from sticking.

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside:
Roast your plant meat on a low heat for as long as possible and then increase the heat at the end for the desired roasting effect.

No pan at hand?
Your plant-based meat will also be a hit in the oven and hot air fryer!

Tips for your barbecue evening 🔥

Keep Calm:
Leave your mixture in the fridge a little longer for a firmer consistency.

Chill & Grill
Fry your plant meat in a pan over low heat beforehand and then place it on the grill at medium temperature.

No more gluing:
Use a grill mat (e.g. Teflon grill mat, stainless steel grill mat or reusable baking paper) or grease your grill grate generously with frying oil so that your plant meat does not stick to the grate.
