Ich finde die Creme sehr lecker, easy anzurühren, von der Konsistenz perfekt. Das Einzige, das ich zu bemängeln habe, ist der Salzgehalt. 2g in 100g ist schon ne Menge und nicht unbedingt gesund. Wo doch sonst alles andere an Inhalt okay ist.
Trotzdem: ne Scheibe Brot, geröstet und mit Knoblauch eingerieben, die Creme drauf, Gurkenscheiben, Lecka.

Vegan spreadable sausage - this is how it works:

1. Thoroughly mix approx. 50 g of the powder mixture with 2.5 tablespoons (approx. 25 g) of cooking oil.

2. Then mix with approx. 150 ml of hot water until a homogeneous mass is formed.

3. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until it has cooled completely.

4. Stir vigorously again before serving.

27% partially deoiled sunflower seeds, pea starch, potato flakes, pea protein, table salt, flavors, sugar, onion, psyllium husks, marjoram, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin), pepper, spices, beetroot, lemon juice powder.

Our experience and the storage tests we have carried out show that our products have a longer shelf life than originally assumed.
Due to the young age of our company and the current recipes, the storage tests could only now be evaluated. We have therefore decided to adjust the best before date.
In some cases, packaging has already been produced and we have it relabeled to avoid unnecessary disposal.

Unfortunately, the product only works with hot water, as the starch it contains only swells in warm water.

You can store the mixed mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Since the spreadable sausage has a very strong taste of its own and tastes like liver sausage, it is best suited for snacks on bread, crispbreads or rolls. Feel free to try it and see if you can find other possible applications and let us know.
