Our Easy To Mix Hack can be used in a variety of ways and is easy to process. How about, for example, a delicious, vegan meatloaf, potatoes and fresh lamb's lettuce?
Roast meat:
Easy To Mix Hack
Cornichons
1 onion
Fresh parsley
15g vegan butter
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder
Sauce:
150ml vegetable broth
150ml oat cream
2 tbsp cream vega
Mix Easy To Mix Hack according to instructions and cool.
Sauté the onions until translucent and briefly stir in the parsley. Add the mixture and the finely chopped cornichons to the minced mixture and stir.
Then shape the mixture into a loaf.
Grease a baking dish, put the meatloaf in it and brush with a little melted butter.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for 35 minutes and brush with butter again every 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: First bring the vegetable broth to the boil, then add the cream and finally stir in the Creme Vega.
After the baking time, add the sauce to the roast and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
For example, enjoy with boiled potatoes and salad.
