Vegan sausage spread- this is how it works:

1. Thoroughly mix approx. 50 g of the powder mixture with 2.5 tablespoons (approx. 25 g) of cooking oil.

2. Then mix with approx. 150 ml of hot water until a homogeneous mass is formed.

3. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until it has cooled completely.

4. Stir well again before serving.

27% partially deoiled sunflower seeds, pea starch, potato flakes, pea protein, table salt, flavors, sugar, onion, psyllium husk, marjoram, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin), pepper, spices, beetroot, lemon juice powder.

The product only works with hot water, as the starch it contains only swells in warm water.

You can keep the mixed mixture in the fridge for 2-3 days.
