Questions about our vegan fish frika?
In principle, our fish frika can be grilled very well, but we recommend using a grill mat on a conventional grill so that the product does not stick to the grate. Of course, this is not possible with a contact grill. Since the fish fry sticks mainly due to the quick frying at high temperatures, we would advise you to first fry it in the pan at low heat and then place it in the grill. You can achieve better firmness by using particularly cold water to mix and letting the mixture soak in the freezer for a sufficient amount of time. Then there should be no risk of the fish frika falling apart :)
Due to increasing raw material costs and laboratory costs, we had to adjust the grammage from 150g to 125g.
