It is important to use water that is as cold as possible, as the methyl cellulose it contains only dissolves at very low temperatures. It ensures that our products maintain their meat-like consistency and the necessary firmness.
You can prepare our meatballs in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes (turn after 5 minutes).
In principle, our products can be grilled very well, but we recommend using a grill mat on a conventional grill so that the product does not stick to the grate. Since the products stick mainly due to the quick frying at high temperatures, we would advise you to first fry them in the pan at low heat and then place them in the grill.
