Preparing your Happy Mixes is so easy:

1. Thoroughly mix 150 g of the ready-made mixture with 300 ml of very cold water (and oil - see instructions on the back).

2. Then prepare the mixture depending on the type: bread the schnitzel, or shape and fry the Köttbullar. You can find the exact instructions for each product on the back of the packaging.

4. then prepare in your favorite recipe.

The shelf life of our powder mixtures is at least 2 months if they are stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place and not above room temperature (< 25 degrees). However, please always note the corresponding best-before date on the back of the packaging.

Once prepared, the mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or in the freezer for 6 months. The powder form also offers the option of mixing only as much vegan “meat” as you need. In this way you are helping to reduce food waste.
