After mixing, the Tzaziki Dip can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days. It's best to use a sealed container to store the tzatziki.
Dips can be refined individually according to your own wishes and taste. For example, you can add some fresh cucumber, fresh spices such as parsley, or fresh lemon juice to your tzatziki.
In its original version, tzatziki contains a lot of garlic and tastes intensely spicy. It's similar with our vegan tzatziki: it contains garlic. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether the garlic taste is too intense, as tastes are very individual. However, if this is the case, you can add some vegan yogurt to the dip to alleviate the garlic taste a little.
