Preparing the vegan hollandaise sauce is so easy:

1. Stir 20 g powder into 70 ml cold water.

2. Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.

3. Stir in 70 g of vegan butter over low heat until it has melted and a homogeneous sauce forms.

Corn starch, glucose syrup, sunflower oil, table salt, 8.4% pea protein, WHEAT FLOUR, citrus fiber, modified starch, lemon juice powder, granulated broth, color: beta-carotene, flavor, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier: citric acid, turmeric.

In order to get a full-bodied and creamy result, we had to use wheat flour in production. We are already working on a version without wheat flour to make it gluten-free.
As is well known, hollandaise sauce contains a lot of butter. We tested a lot until we came to the conclusion: it simply tastes best with vegan butter. Of course you can try it yourself and leave out the butter. However, you get the optimal creaminess with butter. :)
