Your Easter with GREENFORCE

Easter is just around the corner and so that you can get through the holidays with a full and happy stomach, here are our delicious recipe ideas: Of course, 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We guarantee that you will be able to feast your way through your days off with our vegan dishes with pleasure and fullness.

Your Easter brunch

Many of us traditionally have an egg dish for Easter brunch. How lucky we have our vegan Easy To Mix egg here, which you can use for easy brunch 😉. In keeping with Easter, we prepared scrambled egg nests in our content kitchen. Small nests were formed from tarte flambée dough and filled with scrambled eggs. The “bunny ears” that we baked with the leftover dough are particularly sweet. You can prepare the sweet “bunny nests” really well. As soon as your guests arrive, they are quickly filled with fresh scrambled eggs. Add a few spring onions on top and you'll have conjured up delicious eye-catchers for your brunch table in no time.

We couldn't help it and simply had to bake very special pancakes using our organic oat drink and the egg 😉. We still feel joy when we think back to the day we baked the really sweet “ bunny pancakes ”. These pancakes are definitely not only enjoyed by kids. This will put a smile on everyone's face. The dough is mixed jaggedly. Now all you have to do is preheat the pan and bake the “bunny” one after the other. Decorated with a little fruit and small cookies and the “Easter bunny” can hop off the plate.

Did you know that our vegan egg made from German field beans has 65% fewer calories than a whole chicken egg due to its reduced fat content? Is it gluten-free and serves as a source of fiber? Oh, that's great!

If you want it to be hearty

Of course, if you get hungry after a hearty brunch, we won't leave you out in the cold here either. We have prepared roulades filled with caramelized carrots especially for all of us with a hearty sweet tooth. The highlight is the dark gravy that comes with it. If you are now wondering which product we used to make the roulades, the answer is our Easy To Mix Schnitzel. Yes, our favorites can be used in so many different ways, isn't that great? Finally, we sprinkled the carrots with fine almond flakes and caramelized them with maple syrup! A classic German dish can also be made vegan and it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo well!

PS: For those of you who usually have fish on their menu on Good Friday, we also have some great ideas. Here you will find a recipe for vegan smoked salmon, which is made from carrots and is in no way inferior to the original. The baby calamari , which we made from king oyster mushrooms and therefore did not harm any sea creatures, are a little heartier. Really really good.

If you're looking for a light recipe before the Easter feasting really gets going this weekend, perhaps the fish and frika salad is something for you. A light tomato and cucumber salad with crispy fish cakes. Yummy!
