It’s so easy to prepare vegan white sausages:

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then turn off the heat.
Place the vegan white sausages in the hot water and let them soak for about 10-15 minutes.
Then serve with sweet mustard and pretzels.

EINFACH MEGA!

Schmeckt für uns exakt so, wie wir die tierische Variante in Erinnerung haben. Super Ersatzprodukt für alle die Weißwurst lieben oder einmal mal testen wollen!

Ab jetzt einmal im Jahr Pflicht.

Ich bin jetzt seit einigen Jahren vegan und mag tatsächlich so gut wie keine „Ersatzprodukte“. Ich vermisse in aller Regel nichts und die meisten schmecken mir tatsächlich einfach nicht. Einmal im Jahr holt mich das allerdings ein: seit ich denken kann, essen wir in der Familie zu Weihnachten Salz-Kartoffeln mit zerlassener Butter und Speck, Sauerkraut und schlesische Weißwurst. Da hab ich mich zu meiner Omnizeit das halbe Jahr drauf gefreut. Da war ich dann die letzten Jahre immer raus. Bei den Kartoffeln war das kein Ding, einfach Rapsöl mit gerösteten Räuchertofuwürfeln - schmeckt super. Bei der Weißwurst war das allerdings tatsächlich ausnahmsweise immer mit ein wenig Wehmut verbunden. Dieses Jahr habe ich in Vorbereitung auf das Weihnachtsfest die Weißwurst getestet. Ich kann nur sagen: danke Greenforce. Die fast einzige Gelegenheit im Jahr, bei der ich bis jetzt immer einen Geschmack vermisst habe, der für mich untrennbar mit Weihnachten verbunden war, kann jetzt kommen und ich freue mich drauf! Unfassbar. Danke.
