Our preparation recommendation:

1. Knead 200 g of the “Base” baking mix with 15 g of plant-based drink (e.g. GREENFORCE vegan oat drink mix) and 55 g of margarine to form a smooth dough. Then roll out the dough and place it in a greased springform pan (preferably ⌀ 20 cm).

2. Mix 140 g of the “filling” baking mix with 600 g of plant-based yoghurt alternative and 40 g of melted margarine.

3. Let the filling rest for 5 minutes and then spread it over the base.
Tip: for an extra crispy base, simply pre-bake it for 5 minutes before adding the filling.

4. Bake at 175 ºC top/bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes. After baking, let it cool down at room temperature, then let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours.
