This recipe is hearty and spicy: our vegan sausage goulash brings back childhood memories. With our fresh Viennese you can have a wonderfully tasty and warm meal in a short time. It's as easy as that!

1 pack of fresh mini wieners
½ onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes
100 ml vegetable broth
1 tbsp vegan crème fraîche
1 pinch of garlic powder
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp paprika powder
1 pinch of chili powder
½ bunch of parsley
Salt pepper
Cut sausages into slices.
Peel and dice onion.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces.
Wash the parsley and chop the leaves.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion and spices.
Add the peppers and sauté for a few minutes.
Deglaze with broth and tomatoes and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Stir in the crème fraîche and bring to the boil again.
Now add the mini wieners and heat briefly.
Serve with parsley and enjoy.
Pasta, potatoes, bread or rice go well with this.
