This is how quick it is to prepare the vegan bolo:

1. Shake the jar well and then remove the lid (note: it cracks when
first opening)
2. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes at 600 watts or in a pot.
3. Then enjoy with your favorite noodles.

Even if the ready meals taste great when you open them, you can of course refine them as you wish with spices of your choice.
