VEGAN LEBERKÄSE KEBAB

This kebab will treat your taste buds to a genuine Bavarian flavour experience! With sweet mustard, crunchy radishes and spicy coleslaw – you'll be in heaven!

    1 packet of GREENFORCE vegan Leberkäse

    90g cooking oil

    Alles für den Leberkäse Döner

    3 kebab bread rolls

    A little sweet mustard

    A little vegan mayonnaise

    300g coleslaw

    2-3 gherkins

    4-6 radishes

    1 onion

    A little lamb's lettuce

    Cut the chilled Leberkäse into flat strips.

    Then fry the Leberkäse strips in a little oil until golden brown.

    For the sauce, mix sweet mustard with a little vegan mayonnaise.

    Fill the kebab bread with sauce, Leberkäse, coleslaw, gherkin and radish slices, onion rings and a little fresh lamb's lettuce, according to your taste.
