2 pieces. Fresh white sausages
25 g Easy To Mix vegan egg powder
2 rolls of your choice
2 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese
2 radishes
2 tbsp sweet mustard
2 tbsp fried onions
Prepare the white sausages according to the packaging instructions, then cut them in half lengthways.
Wash the lamb's lettuce, spin dry and clean.
Wash and slice the radishes.
Easy To Mix Mix the egg according to the instructions and process into two omelettes one after the other.
Halve the rolls.
Top the roll, for example like this: sweet mustard, lamb's lettuce, white sausage, egg, radishes, fried onions, cream cheese.
