Ingredients for about 4 hot dogs
For the hot dog:
- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Bratwurst
- 4 pretzel sticks
- 4 tbsp coleslaw
- 4 pickles
- 4 tbsp fried onions
- Fresh parsley
For the hot dog sauce:
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp medium hot mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Pinch of brown sugar
- Some paprika powder
- Some chili powder
preparation
- Easy To Mix Bratwurst Mix and cool according to instructions.
- Meanwhile, cut open the pretzel sticks and finely chop the parsley. Cut the pickles into slices.
- Prepare hot dog sauce: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
- After the cooling time, form sausages from the bratwurst mixture and fry until crispy according to the preparation recommendations.
- Top pretzel sticks and turn them into a hot dog in the following order: hot dog sauce, coleslaw, sausage, pickle slices, fried onions, parsley, hot dog sauce.
