Gyros bowl with tzatziki

    • 75g Easy To Mix Gyros

    40g Easy To Mix Tzatziki

    150g couscous

    1 spring onion

    ½ cucumber

    A handful of cherry tomatoes

    ½ bunch of fresh mint

    ½ bunch of fresh parsley

    Vegan feta

    1 lemon

    olive oil

    Salt pepper

    Goes with: Easy To Mix Vegan Pan Bread

    Prepare gyros and tzatziki according to instructions and chill

    Cook couscous

    Chop the spring onion, cucumber, tomatoes and feta into small pieces

    Chop mint and parsley

    Mix vegetables and parsley with couscous, season with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

    Fry gyros according to instructions

    Put gyros and couscous salad in bowl and top with tzatziki, feta, spring onions and mint

    Enjoy!
