Bavarian sausage-salad
Here we have a super delicious quick recipe for you with our mini wieners. You can quickly prepare this salad with cucumbers, radishes and peppers. Fresh chives and walnuts round off the healthy salad.

2 packs of fresh mini wieners
3 radishes
½ cucumber
1 pepper
½ bunch of chives, fresh
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
Dressing:
1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp mustard
Salt pepper
Wash and chop vegetables.
Wash the chives and cut into fine rings.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Cut sausages into thin slices.
Mix the vegetables and sausages in a bowl with the dressing.
Garnish with walnuts and chives.
Bread goes well with this.
