Spaghetti Bolognese - the classic vegan version
La Dolce Vita! A well-known classic from childhood days. Everyone loves spaghetti bolognese. The classic in vegan with our Easy To Mix Hack.

1 pack of Easy To Mix Hack or 1 pack of fresh organic mince (180g)
200g spaghetti
½ onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp oil
Vegetable broth, to taste
Spices: salt, pepper, basil, oregano, 1 pinch of sugar
Vegan Parmesan, optional
Fresh basil for garnish
Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions and let it swell.
Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.
Peel carrots and cut into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the carrots and stir in the tomato paste.
Add the mince and fry everything.
Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and season.
Simmer for about 15 minutes and add a little more vegetable stock if necessary.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and serve with basil and parmesan. Enjoy!
