Tacos with vegan mince

"Briga llena, corazón contento": Full belly, happy heart. That's now possible with this delicious recipe: Vegan Tacos. Hmmm, our mouths are watering. 💚

    • Easy To Mix Hack or 1 pack of fresh organic mince (180g)

    Tacos

    1 small can of corn

    2 large tomatoes

    2 limes

    1 red onion

    1 carrot

    2 avocados

    ¼ cup of cream Vega

    Handful of fresh coriander

    ½ pack of pureed tomatoes

    Taco seasoning mix: salt & pepper, garlic granules, chili powder, dried oregano, paprika powder

    Mix the mince according to the instructions and cool.

    Meanwhile, chop the vegetables as you like. Set aside an avocado, coriander and a lime for the sauce.

    Fry the mince in a coated pan. Deglaze with the pureed tomatoes and season with the taco seasoning mixture.

    Prepare the sauce: To do this, mix the avocado, the coriander, the cream Vega and the juice of a lime in a blender.

    Fill the tacos with the mince and vegetables. Pour the sauce over it and drizzle with the juice from the remaining lime.
