Vegan Sweet Lemon Bowl

For the bowl
1 pack of organic Vegurt natural
1 tsp sweet lemon spice mix
1 untreated lemon
1 untreated lime
Orange syrup
Fresh mint
Granola:
100 g coarse oat flakes
70 g pecans
150 ml maple syrup
100 g sliced almonds
100 ml coconut oil
Prepare granola. To do this, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add coconut oil and maple syrup and stir. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast at 180ºC top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
Mix Vegurt according to instructions and chill.
Wash and cut the lemon and mint.
Grate lime peel.
After the veggie has cooled, stir in the sweet lemon spice mixture.
Garnish the Vegurt with the lemon, orange syrup, mint, granola and lime zest.
