2 tarte flambées
¼ pack of Easy To Mix Hack
2 tbsp vegan crème fraîche
6 cocktail tomatoes
1 handful of arugula
10g pine nuts
60g vegan feta
Salt pepper
Dough:
125g flour
1½ - 2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
50ml water
2 tsp beetroot powder
Mix Easy To Mix Hack according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, prepare the dough by kneading all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Then cover and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Wash and halve tomatoes.
Wash the rocket and crumble the feta.
Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
After the cooling time, fry the minced mixture in a pan. The mince shouldn't be too crispy yet as it goes into the oven on top of the tarte flambée.
Now cut the dough in half, roll it out thinly and shape it into hearts.
Salt and pepper the crème fraîche and then spread it over the hearts.
Distribute the tomatoes and mince over the hearts and sprinkle with feta.
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Top with pine nuts and arugula before serving. Enjoy!
