½ pack of Easy To Mix Vegan Organic Gyros
40g Easy To Mix Tzatziki
500g fries (frozen)
½ bunch of parsley
2 large tomatoes
½ cucumber
½ onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt pepper
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat and bake the fries until crispy according to the instructions.
Mix Easy To Mix Organic Gyros according to instructions and cool for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, wash and slice the cucumber and tomatoes.
Mix tzatziki according to instructions.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
After the cooling time, knead the gyros mixture again, tear it into small pieces with wet hands and press it flat with your hands.
Then fry according to the preparation recommendations.
Divide the tomatoes, cucumber and onion between the plates, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve gyros with fries and tzatziki and enjoy!
