Filling:
Wash the spinach and chop it finely.

Bring the broth to the boil in a large pot, then reduce the heat and cook the Maultaschen in portions. If they float to the top, they're done.
In the meantime, heat butter in a pan and pour the Maultaschen from the pot into the pan using a foam cellar and fry until crispy.
Prepare gravy according to instructions.
Serve the Maultaschen with fried onions and parsley and enjoy, for example, with potato salad and vegan gravy.
