Together with our partners at WIBERG, we prepared this special burger recipe in our content kitchen. The burgers are topped with spinach and delicious caramelized onions. The red pepper gives the dish a special twist.

½ pack of Easy To Mix Burgers
160g onion
40 g baby spinach
4 slices of bread
2 tsp cane sugar
WIBERG pink pepper
WIBERG Crema di Aceto Plum, for decoration
Salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix Easy To Mix Burgers according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
Wash spinach.
Heat olive oil (1 tablespoon) in a pan, sauté the onions in it and caramelize with the cane sugar. Then remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining olive oil in the pan again, fry the spinach and wait until it wilts a little. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast bread.
After the cooling time, form patties from the burger mixture and fry according to the instructions.
Now top the burger, for example like this: spinach, patty, braised onion, some vinegar and pepper.
Take a bite and enjoy!
