It's that easy:
First prepare the Matcha Bergamot drink .
For the strawberry foam, add some strawberry syrup (to taste) to vegan cream and add a dash of plant-based milk . Now just whip it and you can pour the delicious pink foam onto your matcha drink and admire the cool color combination!

If you have fresh or frozen 🍓 strawberries on hand, you can of course simply mix them with the cream, milk and a little sugar or agave syrup in a blender instead of the strawberry syrup until you like the consistency.😋
