Vegan pancakes

With our egg and oat drink we prepared very tasty pancakes. In contrast to pancakes, pancakes are thinner, crispier and more reminiscent of crepes. They contain more “milk” than “eggs”! We traditionally fill them with a sweet plum cream from our partners WIBERG and dust them with powdered sugar. Yummy!
