½ pack of Easy To Mix meatballs
½ bunch parsley, chopped
1 onion, finely diced
25g Easy To Mix gravy
400g potatoes, waxy
1 onion
1 ½ tbsp margarine
Salt pepper
1 pinch of chili powder
Braised onions:
2 onions
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp oil
Lamb's lettuce:
50 g lamb's lettuce
4-5 cocktail tomatoes
Salad dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt & pepper
Easy To Mix Mix the meatball together with the chopped parsley and the onion cubes according to the instructions and cool.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes and onions.
Heat margarine in a pan and fry the potatoes in it. Place the lid on and turn occasionally.
After about 10 minutes add the onions. Season with salt, pepper and chili.
Now fry uncovered until the potatoes are crispy.
In the meantime, prepare the Easy To Mix gravy according to the instructions.
After the cooling time, form meatballs from the Frika mixture and fry according to the preparation recommendations.
Braised onions:
Heat the oil in a pan, peel the onions and cut them into fine rings, coat them in flour and then braise them.
Then let it drain briefly on a kitchen towel.
Salad:
Wash the lamb's lettuce, carefully spin dry and clean.
Wash and halve tomatoes.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Arrange the salad and toss with the dressing.
Serve the meatballs with fried potatoes, gravy and braised onions and enjoy with the lamb's lettuce.
