Vegan corn dogs - recipe
Corn dogs are also 100% vegan. We take our fresh sausages and bake them in a cornmeal dough. For this we use our vegan egg and our organic oat drink. Our corn dog version is served with an Arabic ketchup. Really really good!

4 fresh bratwursts (alternatively you can also use our Easy To Mix bratwurst)
2 tbsp Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
about 300 ml Easy To Shake Organic Oat Drink
40 g wheat flour
60g corn flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
4 tbsp oil
enough oil for deep frying
60g ketchup
4 dates
1-2 tsp WIBERG Harissa spice
some salad
Mix the oat drink according to the instructions.
Heat a pan with enough oil.
Mix egg powder with cornmeal, baking powder, flour and oil. Add enough oat drink to form a thick dough.
Place the sausages in the dough so that they are coated all over.
Now fry the corn dogs in the preheated pan.
Then drain on a kitchen towel.
Cut dates into small pieces.
Mix the ketchup with the dates and the harissa spice.
Wash the lettuce and arrange on the plate.
Place the corn dogs on the salad and enjoy with the ketchup.
