Whether as a starter or main course, this colorful grill platter is sure to delight everyone. We combine our juicy Cevapcici with creamy homemade hummus, crunchy grilled vegetables and fresh pomegranate seeds.

75g Easy To Mix vegan cevapcici
Grill all-rounder – smoky spice salt
1 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
Mushrooms
4 spring onions
A handful of pomegranate seeds
Some cherry tomatoes
Salt pepper
olive oil
For the hummus:
1 can of chickpeas
120g tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
100 ml water
1 clove of garlic
Salt, pepper, cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
To top: parsley
Goes well with: flatbread
Prepare Easy To Mix Cevapcici according to instructions and chill
Prepare the hummus: Drain the chickpeas, puree them with water, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, chopped garlic, cumin and a little salt and pepper, adding more water if necessary
Cut and fry the zucchini, peppers and mushrooms and season with the grill all-rounder
Fry vegetables in a pan or on the grill until golden
Fry the spring onions in oil, season with salt and pepper
Form the cevapcici and fry according to the instructions
Spread the hummus on a platter or large plate, top with a drizzle of olive oil and parsley, distribute the grilled vegetables all around, and also add the cevapcici
Top everything with pomegranate seeds and cherry tomatoes
