Bratwurst with mashed potatoes

½ pack of Easy To Mix bratwursts meadow herbs

450g potatoes

1.5 tbsp vegan butter, melted

60ml oat cream

Salt pepper

Onion stock: 2 onions, 1 tbsp vegan butter, 100ml oat cream

Fresh thyme for garnish

Easy To Mix Bratwurst Mix and cool according to instructions.

After the cooling time, form the sausages and fry them according to the preparation recommendations.

Mashed potatoes: Wash the potatoes, put them in a pot with water and salt and simmer with the lid closed for about 20-25 minutes. Drain the potatoes, let them evaporate and peel. Then put it back in the pot. Add butter, oat cream and puree or mash. Season with salt and pepper.

Onion stock: Peel onions and cut into rings. Melt butter in a pan. Sauté the onion until translucent and deglaze with cream.

Arrange the mashed potatoes with sausages and onions on a plate. Garnish with thyme and enjoy.
