Christmas time is probably the time when most people traditionally eat a lot of meat and the same dish is served under the Christmas tree year after year. The “Christmas goose” or the “Christmas roast” don’t come from just anywhere. When it comes to the idea of breaking old traditions with vegan recipes, you will certainly encounter some resistance - but I promise you one thing: the enjoyment is worth it.🤤
So do not worry! You will see on this page - most classic dishes can be just as delicious, or perhaps even a bit better, with plant-based meat alternatives.😉
