Strawberry bowl with vegan yogurt
This beautiful bowl pimps up our fruity Vegurt strawberry. Your breakfast will be perfect with fresh strawberries, homemade granola and fresh mint. Beautiful berry flavor for the perfect start. 🍓
1 pack of organic vegan Vegurt strawberry
1 small pack of fresh strawberries
a dash of strawberry syrup
fresh mint
a handful of homemade granola
Granola (makes approx. 500g)
200 g coarse oat flakes
70 g pecans
150 ml maple syrup
100 g sliced almonds
100 ml coconut oil
Mix the Vegurt according to the instructions and chill.
Wash and quarter the strawberries.
For the granola, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Briefly roast the granola mixture with a little coconut oil in a pan and add the maple syrup.
Line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.
Roast at 180°C top and bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes and turn regularly.
Decorate the Vegurt with the strawberry quarters, strawberry syrup, granola and fresh mint.
