Vegan waffles from GREENFORCE

8 waffles
100g sugar
250 g flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
½ packet of baking powder
250 ml oat drink
125 g vegan butter (room temperature)
24g Easy To Mix vegan egg replacer
Put sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl
Prepare vegan egg substitute according to instructions, set aside (let thicken for 1-2 minutes)
Prepare oat drink according to instructions
Mix oat drink and vegan butter with egg substitute
Add the dry ingredients step by step and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed
Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with a little butter
Bake waffles and top with powdered sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon and sugar or berries
