½ pack of Easy To Mix Burgers
20 g rocket
2 burger buns
200 g green asparagus
Salt
1 pinch of sugar
Radish cream:
½ bunch of radishes
150 g vegan cream cheese
1 onion
Salt pepper

Potato and carrot wedges
250g potatoes
200g carrots
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Spices: 1 teaspoon paprika powder, ½ teaspoon oregano, salt, pepper, 1 pinch of garlic powder, optional: chili powder

Mix Easy To Mix Burgers according to instructions and cool.
Meanwhile, wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and halve them.
Put the asparagus with a pinch of sugar in a pot of salted water and cook until al dente, about 3-5 minutes. Remove, rinse with cold water, drain and cut in half lengthwise.
Wash the arugula. Slice two radishes.
Briefly warm the buns in the oven or in a pan.
For the radish cream, chop the radishes and onions very small.
Chop the chives.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until creamy and season with salt and pepper.
After the cooling time, take the burger mixture out of the fridge, form patties and fry in oil.
Now layer the burgers one after the other, for example like this: radish cream, rocket, patty, asparagus, radish slices, radish cream.
Potato and carrot wedges
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Wash potatoes, peel carrots and cut into wedges. Mix with oil and spices.
Place wedges on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes, turning them after about 20 minutes.
Finally, turn on the grill function again for 10 minutes.
