Mix Easy to Mix Mince according to instructions and chill.
Peel the potatoes, cook them in plenty of water until they are soft and then drain the water.
Add butter and oat drink and mash the potatoes until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper and then set aside.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
After the cooling time, fry the minced meat mixture together with the diced onions in a coated pan.
Add the vegetables and tomato paste to the same pan and stir.
Add the vegetable stock, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme and bay leaf and season with salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, adding more stock if necessary to prevent the mince from drying out.
Remove the bay leaf and place the minced meat mixture in an ovenproof dish.
Cover the minced vegetable mixture with the mashed potatoes to form an even layer of potatoes. Then use a fork to make patterns and grooves in the potatoes.
Then place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
