Cut the dried tomatoes into cubes and add about half of them to the Easy To Mix Köttbullar powder.
Now mix and cool according to instructions.
Meanwhile, prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
Wash and chop the cucumber, tomatoes and parsley.
Cut the carrots into spirals.
After the cooling time, form small balls from the Köttbullar mixture and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
Rinse the chickpeas well, add them to the pan, fry them and season with pepper, salt and chili.
For the dressing, mix all the ingredients with a hand blender and season to taste.
Place the couscous with the cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and the remaining sun-dried tomatoes in a large bowl and mix well with the dressing.
