Camping meatballs with fried potatoes
This recipe is simple, quick to prepare and simply delicious! Crispy fried potatoes with crispy meatballs, honestly, what more could you want?!

½ pack of Easy To Mix meatballs
400g potatoes, waxy
1 onion
1 ½ tbsp margarine
Salt pepper
1 pinch of chili powder
Mustard, to taste
Easy To Mix Meatball mix according to instructions and cool.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into thin slices.
Heat margarine in a pan and fry the potatoes in it. Place the lid on and turn occasionally.
After about 10 minutes add the onions. Season with salt, pepper and chili.
Now fry uncovered until the potatoes are crispy.
After the cooling time, form meatballs from the Frika mixture and fry them according to the instructions.
Enjoy fried potatoes with meatballs and mustard!
