Bratwurst as Bosna with mango sauerkraut

The Bosna is a seasoned bratwurst dish that is originally served in white bread. We prepared the Bosna together with our partner WIBERG in a hot dog bun with mango sauerkraut. Simply incredibly delicious.

2 Bosna

    • 4 fresh bratwursts (alternatively you can also use our Easy To Mix bratwurst)

    2 hot dog buns

    ½ mango

    120 g sauerkraut

    1 spring onion

    1 tsp WIBERG Curry Orange Spice

    2 tbsp mango vinegar

    Cut the rolls open and toast them in a pan without fat.

    Wash the spring onion and cut into fine rings.

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh into small cubes and mix with the sauerkraut and spring onions. Season with the mango vinegar and the curry orange spice.

    Fry the sausages until crispy according to the instructions.

    Now add the sauerkraut-mango mixture and the bratwursts to the rolls and enjoy.
