Vegurt ice cream - vegan ice cream for the summer

The perfect way to cool off in the summer - super quick and simply irresistibly delicious. For your delicious plant-based ice cream you need Popsicle ice cream molds, our Vegurt in different varieties and other add-ons of your choice (e.g. fresh fruit, chocolate, etc.) 🍦

5 hours including cooling time

Vegurt variety of your choice

Fruit of your choice (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, banana)

Mix the Vegurt according to the instructions and chill.

Puree the fruit coarsely.

Layer the appropriate Vegurt with the fruit puree in the ice cream molds or mix it in a bowl beforehand and then layer it in the ice cream molds Tip: Vanilla Vegurt tastes good with strawberry puree!

Then put the ice cream molds in the freezer for at least 5 hours, but ideally overnight.
