Vegan pesto scrambled eggs
In this recipe, our vegan egg is served scrambled on toasted pesto bread. The perfect dish for a late breakfast or lunch. UUUUAnd it's especially delicious with our scrambled egg deluxe seasoning - Yummy!

40 g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
approx. 2 tsp scrambled eggs deluxe seasoned salt
2 tbsp green pesto
2 tomatoes
2 loaves of bread
Wash and slice tomatoes.
Toast bread.
Easy To Mix Mix egg according to instructions and process into scrambled eggs.
Spread pesto on the bread, top with tomatoes and scrambled eggs.
Then sprinkle with the Scrambled Egg Deluxe Seasoning and enjoy!
