VEGETABLE SAUSAGE GOULASH WITH VIENNA SAUSAGE

  • 1 packet of Greenforce plant-based Vienna-style sausages

    ½ onion

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 bell pepper

    1 tin of chopped tomatoes

    100 ml vegetable stock

    1 tbsp vegan crème fraîche

    1 pinch garlic powder

    ½ tsp curry powder

    ½ tsp paprika powder

    1 pinch chilli powder

    ½ bunch parsley

    Salt and pepper

    Remove the plant-based sausages from the packaging and cut into 1–2 cm thick slices.

    Peel and dice the onion, wash and deseed the peppers and chop into small pieces, wash the parsley and chop the leaves.

    Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the diced onion with the spices.

    Add the diced peppers and fry for a few minutes.

    Deglaze with stock and tomatoes and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.

    Stir in the vegan crème fraîche and bring to the boil again.

    Now add the sliced sausages and heat briefly.

    Serve with parsley and enjoy.

    This dish goes well with bread, but also with pasta, potatoes or rice.
