Now it's getting hot🔥: The Fiery Frika Soup is a simple one-pot dish that you can prepare in no time and is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. The Tex-Mex taco-style soup is filling, warms you from the inside and tastes fiery hot.

- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Fiery Meatball
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of chili beans
- ½ can of corn
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 small green pepper
- ½ pack of vegan cream cheese
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200ml water
- Salt pepper
- Tortilla chips, optional
- 2 stalks of coriander, fresh
- 50g vegan scattered cheese
- Also: skewers
preparation
- Easy To Mix Mix the fiery meatball according to the instructions and cool.
- Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Drain and rinse the chili beans and corn.
- Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.
- Wash and roughly chop the coriander.
- Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic over medium heat.
- Add peppers, tomatoes, chili beans and corn, season with taco seasoning, salt and pepper and cook for about five minutes.
- Stir in water and cream cheese and simmer the soup at low temperature for 15 minutes.
- Now prepare the fiery meatball skewers: To do this, take the mixture out of the fridge after the cooling time, form small frika balls and fry them according to the instructions.
- Allow to cool briefly and place on the skewers.
- Divide the soup among the plates, garnish with cheese, coriander and tortilla chips and serve with the Frika skewers. Spoon away!
